Dr. Jay Mashouf graduated from UCSD in 1992 with a B.A. in Chemistry and then earned his doctorate in Optometry from UC Berkeley. He specializes in laser refractive surgery co-management, post-surgical care, eye disease management, specialty contact lens fittings, and sports vision. San Diego Magazine named him one of San Diego's Top Doctors in 2006 and 2007. Dr. Mashouf lives in Poway with his wife and two young sons, bringing his expertise and dedication to every patient he serves.
